If you like Claussen Dill pickles, then you need to try this recipe!
- Sliced cucumbers
- 2-3 Sliced Garlic Cloves
- Fresh Dill
- Handful of any Peppercorn Blend
- Handful of mustard seeds
- 2 cups water
- 11/2 cups white vinegar
- 1/4 cup kosher salt
- 1 tsp sugar
1. Bring brine to a low boil until sugar and salt are dissolved.
2. Pour Brine over everything in a mason jar then seal and store in fridge.
3. Taste after 2-3 days in fridge!
