Air-Fried Buffalo Cauliflower

If you're looking for a healthier alternative to Buffalo Wings, look no further. We're swapping the wings with farm-fresh cauliflower!

Note: This recipe uses almond flour and dairy-free milk but feel free to experiment with your fav flour/milk! The air fryer and batter are what make a difference here.

- Buffalo Cauliflower Bites
- 3/4 cup Almond Flour
- 1 cup dairy-free milk
- 1 head cauliflower
- 2 eggs
- Salt and pepper
- Any Buffalo Sauce

1. First, mix the almond flour, dairy-free milk, salt and pepper, and a dash of buffalo sauce together to create a marinade.

2. In a separate bowl, crack and whisk your egg.

3. Chop/Break your cauliflower into florets.

4. Then coat cauliflower pieces in egg, then coat with marinade and air fry at 400 for 15 minutes. Turn them at least once in that process.

5. Next, take them out and toss with 1/4 cup or more of buffalo sauce, and put back in air fryer for 5 minutes! Serve with celery, carrots, and my personal favorite ranch, or if you are like my husband, bleu cheese.
