Description
Radish microgreens add a fresh, crunchy, and spicy flavor to your foods. They have a pleasant peppery flavor similar to that of root radishes, but not as quite strong. Radish microgreens have high levels of Vitamin B3 (Niacin), Vitamin B6, Vitamin C, Folate, and the mineral Manganese. They also contain Vitamin A, E, and K as well as potassium, iron, phosphorus, pantothenic acid, calcium, magnesium, zinc, and beta carotenes.
