Description
Fuji apples have it all—super sweet, super juicy and super crisp. This immensely flavorful new variety was introduced to the U.S. from Japan in the 1980s. Coloring is usually yellow-green with red highlights, but will sometimes have either a pinkish blush or be nearly all red. A great substitute for sugary snacks, its also excellent for pies, salads, and applesauce.
